WHAT: As a leader in early childhood education, KinderCare is helping to place books in the hands of children in need and encouraging families to continue reading this summer. At a special kick-off event, the Cambridge Fire Department, Engine Number Four will host a story time reading with preschoolers at a local KinderCare center. The event is part of a nationwide program to inspire reading at the earliest ages and will include a donation of books to Reach Out and Read.
