Chances are, you know that Life is good is based right here in Massachusetts. This year, Life is good is offering their very own festival at Blue Hills, taking place on September 11-12, 2010 in Canton, MA.
Children’s recording artists Laurie Berkner Band, Dan Zanes & Friends, and They Might Be Giants will join Life is good in its quest to raise $1 million for kids by headlining the Good Kids stage at the 2010 Life is good Festival at Blue Hills. In addition to these headline musical acts, the festival will feature a special performance from The Big Apple Circus and The Sippy Cups, also appearing on the Good Kids Stage. The event will also feature a wide range of games and interactive art activities.
The event is perfect for children and their parents alike. In addition to the talent on the Good Kids Stage, the two main stages will feature performances from national headlining artists Jason Mraz (my favorite – if you haven’t seen him live yet – you have to), Ben Harper & Relentless 7, Guster, Corinne Bailey Rae, and Ziggy Marley.
Tickets for the 2010 Life is good Festival at Blue Hills are already on sale at www.lifeisgood.com. Adult single-day tickets are $50, and $90 two-day tickets are also available. TICKETS FOR CHILDREN AGES 6-12 ARE AVAILABLE FOR $10 IN A LIMITED SUPPLY, AND CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER ARE FREE.
