Radio Disney AM 1260 Boston, part of the #1 radio outlet for kids, tweens, and families, hosts a special concert for kids and families sponsored by Upromise along with their partners New York Life, Liberty Mutual, Expedia, Dell and Sears.com at Run of the Charles’ Finish Line Festival on SATURDAY, APRIL 30 (12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
Radio Disney “N.B.T.” artist Coco Jones will kick off the concert at 2:00 p.m. with a high energy performance including songs that have been featured on Radio Disney and Disney Channel. Following Coco’s performance, YouTube sensation Savannah Outen will take the stage. The Radio Disney Road Crew will be on hand for on-stage entertainment including music, dancing, games and prizes.

The Finish Line Festival at the 29th Annual Run of the Charles Canoe and Kayak Race will feature music, refreshments, exhibits, raffle drawings, awards and fun for racers and fans of all ages. Coco Jones, a 13-year-old pop singer and rapper from Columbia, South Carolina, was featured on Radio Disney’s “N.B.T.,” a daily multiplatform programming feature that puts the spotlight on young recording artists and provides them with national broadcast and online exposure. Additionally, Coco will be featured as a musical guest and guest star in multiple episodes of Disney Channel’s “So Random.”
In March 2007, Savannah Outen began posting YouTube videos of herself singing covers of popular songs at that time. Shortly thereafter, in fall 2007, Savannah recorded her debut single “Goodbyes” which reached #5 on Radio Disney’s Top 30 Countdown. To date, Savannah’s YouTube videos have reached over 70 million views.
