Gloucester’s Stage Fort Park will be transformed into “Pirate Island” for the story of “Felicity Dane and the Pirate Treasure.” This light-hearted adventure pits the spunky young heroine of the title against four of history’s most notorious pirates – Edward “Blackbeard” Teach, Anne Bonney, and the Barbossa Brothers – in a race for lost pirate booty.
The New England Pirate Faire features a daylong storyline full of action and comedy, interactive scenes that make the audience part of the show, food and refreshments, and the “Tortuga Marketplace,” where guests may purchase handcrafted wares ranging from clothing to jewelry to their very own pirate cutlass – all in a unique seaside setting that sets the perfect stage!
